- First, select a lot and house plan that suits your needs
and budget. You may choose from our selection of lots and plans or you may provide your own.
- Secondly, the plan, plot plan, specifications, and
contract are finalized, agreed upon and signed.
- The loan process is finalized before construction begins
- Next is the construction of your new home! During
this time we will help you with every step of the selection process. We have a full time
Interior Designer on staff who will help you make this house your home.
- After construction is complete, we will close on your
new home and you move in.
- Finally, we provide service to you on warranty items!
