Our New Home Construction Process at Stonelake Homes

  1. Let us help you find the perfect lot and a personalized floor plan to meet your families needs and budget.
  2. The plan is sent to all of our subcontractors for pricing. We price out every home we build so that our pricing is accurate.
  3. The plan, plot plan, specifications, pricing, and contract are finalized, agreed upon and signed. The loan process is finalized and construction begins.
  4. During construction we will help you through every step of the selection process. We have a full time Interior Designer who helps you make this house your home.
  5. After construction is complete, we will conduct a final walkthrough before closing.
  6. Stonelake Homes provides a 1 year builder warranty.
